We know very well the enormous expectations our customers create when purchasing a product from our range. Therefore, we are aware of our great responsibility when we sell equipment and we are very proud to become an important part of the business of those that acquire CIBI products.Thus, we have completely redesigned our after-sales service.
From now on, those who buy a CIBI product will rely on the full attention of that service, which will be their representative within CIBI monitoring the production, reporting, answering, instructing and doing everything that is necessary in order that the customers feel they have made the best deal possible, before and after delivery. In fact, deep down, CIBI´s After-Sales Service really intends to turn all customers into friends.
